We contacted Logitech and were instructed to go through all the steps we had already performed, only to finally learn that Logitech acknowledges the problem of the mysterious "Error 37" but that they have no formal solution and no suggestion for resolving the issue. All attempts failed with the message "Windows could not connect to the device (Error 37)" We attempted to force the update of these drivers several times, allowing windows to automatically search for the driver, as well as manually selecting the driver. Upon un-installing the software, the mouse and keyboard would start working again, but none of the special features of the keyboard were working.Īfter attempting to re-install setpoint several times, we noticed that the drivers for the keyboard and mouse were not loading correctly (under the driver manager, you could see the yellow alert icon). In our case, these instructions worked like a charm and the equipment worked without error for several days.Īfter a few days, the SetPoint software attempted to install an update that was downloaded from the Logitech Website (version 4.70) and from that point forward the Mouse and Keyboard would not connect.
